好耐冇寫blog因為最近太多嘢做!大部份order都係熱水爐漏

燈座燒咗,於是佢擺咗個膠杯上去,發現每日竟然流咗幾杯

水!佢去管理處投訴,又上去揾樓上業主投訴;管理處要求食

環署check漏水,結果係冇漏水!所以希望我哋可以幫吓佢揾

漏水原因。

我問佢咁嘅情況出現咗幾耐,佢話大約四年!佢竟然可以忍受

四年咁耐?經管理處安排,樓上業主願意俾我哋喺佢屋企進行

微波測試檢查。檢測結果發現,除咗廁所企缸花灑幅牆有D問

題外,最大問題係個洗衣機,滲漏情況極為嚴重!事後揾咗個

單位嘅平面圖做對比,證實部洗衣機真係改咗位。

當業主將部洗衣機改位嘅時侯,如果水喉或者去水喉接駁做得

唔好,都好大機會會造成漏水,後果可大可小!

喺呢度再次提醒大家,無論水喉又好,去水喉又好,逢係移位

或者改装,再好揾D合資格嘅水喉師傅嚟做,千祈唔好貪平隨

便揾個泥水師傅又或者嘗試自己做,諗住好簡單,因為如果做

得唔好嘅話,後果可能好大鑊!
